Construction Management Planner - Method Technologies

 Establish the baseline budget and schedule for the project.

 Ensure projects are carried out within budget, to the right quality and within the required timescales.

 Analyze project problems and recommends corrective actions that have the least impact to cost and schedule.

 Coordinate information between site, departments, such as engineering, procurement, construction, and Logistics.

 Proper guidance and delegation of work to project site planners and empower them to perform better.

 Monitor progress throughout the construction process and compare this with the projected schedule of work.

 Development of Project Execution Plan (Project Management Monthly Report).

 Maintain daily contact with project site teams and planners on issues related to schedule, resourcing and reporting.

 Prepare Extension of time claims.

 Attend the progress meetings with client and submit the required reports on project health.
