The Banking Client Service Group plays a critical role in helping Accenture's clients achieve high performance across Financial Services clients. Resources will operate alongside Business and IT stakeholders in high profile projects and programs. Resources will need to be able to analyze, design and present options for how to achieve a client's strategic vision or take advantage of specific opportunities. They have to be self-motivated, hands on and pragmatic. Additionally they must be sales oriented and able to identify opportunities and shape solutions.
The candidates must have working experiences in banking, consulting or banking near companies like banking software companies.
Experience required:
·Experience of working within a retail bank environment
·Experience of implementing technology solutions to business problems
·Experience of target operating model design or business processes re-engineering.
·Has been part of all project cycle and lived the whole user acceptance test.
·Has implemented core banking system with a focus on trade finance operations.
·Ability to work with senior clients and propose creative solutions to banking problems
·demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment
·Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
·strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
·A strong professional presence
·Manger recruits are expected to have led a team on a significant business or IT change program and involved in business development activities front line and back office
·Consultant recruits are expected to have experience working on a significant business or IT change program and involved in business development activities front line and back office
A broad understanding in one of the following areas:
·Payment business
·Credit business
·Card business
·Transaction banking
·Islamic Banking e.g. Murabaha, Sukook, Ijarah
- Specific experience in at least one of the following areas with particular reference to one or more of the above mentioned business areas:
·IT Strategy definition e.g. IT Operating Model
·IT Architecture
·Business analysis and process design
·Project or program management
·Business case generation
·Customer and account migration
·Operational design
·Sales tools (branch and intermediary)
·Workflow
·Collections and recoveries
