The desired candidate will be required to develop and implement strategies to recruit niche talent from the market. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide the business with insight into performance through comprehensive analysis. You will be establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. We are looking for someone who has a strong, creative and proactive approach to management together with excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and motivational skills. You should be able to utilize a structured approach to managing individual and team performance. Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications, attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. You should also be able to determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
