Fast Growing Hospitality Group in KSA seeking a passionate and ambitious Human Resources Manager to Head up their HR Division.
The Gulf Recruitment Group are working with a fantastic US Hospitality Group, franchised in Riyadh, KSA. Currently the business operates at a turnover of 100m KSA Riyal, with 30 retail outlets, the 5 year plan is for this to grow to 500million KSA Riyal across 80 outlets. This is a fantastic time to join the upward trend of this well backed business.
Due to the expansion plans my client needs a strong HR Manager to join the business. Reporting into the GM this role will cover the following HR areas:
- Talent Acquisition
- Talent Management and Development
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Compensation & Benefits
- Working to improvise and creating a healthy working environment and culture.
