My client are a Consulting Services organisation and have a need to hire within there Infor EAM team.
This position is an integral part of the Consulting Services Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team. The project is to upgrade Infor EAM from version 8.3 to Version 11.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in client facing implementation projects relating to Infor EAM application.
• Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation; including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
• Integrate the Infor system with an Oracle system
• Configuration of linear asset module
• Installation and configuration for Infor EAM mobile solution
• Installation and configuration of assets sustainability module
• Development of carpool module • Development of housing module
• Installation and configuration of safety management module
• You will also serve as Pre-sales support as and when required
Experience:
• Relevant Infor EAM work experience either as a Technical or Functional consultant
Experience of Linear asset module
Assets sustainability module
Carpool module
Housing module
Safety management module
• Understands and follows SDLC
• Good familiarity with Cognos
• Database skills in Oracle and SQL server
• Fluent written and spoken English
Required Skills:
• Strong inter-personal skills and customer facing skils with the ability to effectively communicate with a range of customers
• Strong sense of ownership and customer awareness • Team player with the ability to build strong peer relationships
• Willing to travel 80% works on Infor EAM projects, usually involving On-Premise installed environments, but may also include Cloud deployments. 10% serves as intermediate-level pre-sales and post-sales technical support specialist when needed. 10% acts as a liaison between customers and company.
