1. Talking to clients to get details of faults
2. Working out the reasons for a fault and explaining these to the client
3. Fixing equipment, including printers and scanners .
4. Setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems
5.Ttesting and servicing equipment
6. Recording problems and their solutions for future reference
7. Training clients on new systems or software applications.
8. You may work for a company as part of a team, or support outside business client
9. Ready to work under pressure, with team under the management of Maintenance Engineer.
10. Carry out any other duties or responsibilities that requested by direct supervisor
