Executive Solutions in partnership with Faithful+Gould are looking to recruit Lead Planners for a large scale mixed use development project across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a Lead Planner who will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the project, programme and contractor progress in accordance with the contract and deliverables. The Planning Engineer will also act as the interface between Contractor and Faithful and Gould at site related meetings working closely with other members of the site supervision team and reporting to the Resident Engineer.
Roles and Responsibilities
• The Lead Planner’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Report to the Functional Project Controls Manager and the Project Senior Planning Engineer (Where applicable) or the Resident Engineer through a balanced matrix organization
• Be responsible for all aspects of the planning and programming of the works
• Review, monitor and authorize the contractor’s programmes
• Monitor and authorize contractor’s progress and prepare relevant construction dashboards for compliance with Atkins and the Client
• Monitor project risks, issues, resources and CPM and assist in providing solutions to Project Controls Manager and the Resident Engineer, complying with Atkins and the Clients standards and codes
• Attending onsite / offsite meeting as requested by the client / PMO
• Prepare the progress reports required by the PMO and the client and any other requirements by the PMO
