• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of a Mechanical subcontractors.
• Monitor the site progress and ensure compliance with standards and specification required by the client.
• Ensure that the work on site is according to the approved Mechanical drawing and submittals.
• Ensure that the subcontractor work progress is according to the project schedule.
• Follow the safety regulations and ensure the standard is applied.
• Coordinates any discrepancies on shop drawings between site and technical office.
• Escalates any unsolved issues to site or senior site on duty.
• Expedite workflow according to the updated plan.
