About Your Job:
We are looking for Onboarding Officer preferably in Consultant or Contracting company. We offer a rare opportunity to work within an organization where individual contribution makes a significant difference.
Onboarding Officer will be responsible of the following:
Contacting employees at various stages to keep engaged till joining the team.
Explaining / detailing the process of mobilization & Visa process.
Liaising with intra departments in terms of the employment requirement of candidate.
Communicating with employees regarding travel date and accommodation.
Initiate and provision of the IT Infrastructure and Office amenities / facilities.
Training the employee towards culture and environment of Saudi Arabia.
Training the employee on the ESS portal of the organization.
Explaining the HR policies and procedures of the organization.
Communicating channels and escalations process and procedures.
Assistance and support towards family sponsorship (if eligible).
Assistance and support towards the accommodation / rental process.
Communicating with employees till first 90 days till probation is completed.
Documentation of the process and changes with proper control of documents as per ISO 9001:2008 standards would be an added advantage.
