Executive Solutions in partnership with Faithful+Gould are looking to recruit Project Directors for a large scale mixed use development project across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.

The Project Director provides the interface between project ownership and delivery. He is the client side representative who acts as a single focal point of contact with the project manager for the day-to-day management of the interests of the client organization. The Project Director is responsible for ongoing management on behalf of the project owner to ensure that the desired project objectives are delivered.
Roles and Responsibilities
• The Project Director’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Ensuring that project objectives are delivered.
• Ensuring the quality and timeliness of service delivery in full efficient and effective manner in all technical and contractual aspects.
• Ensuring that the project management team is adequately and appropriately resourced and creating right environment for delivery.
• Ensure that contractual deliverables are produced and issued.
• Creating a positive and proactive approach that drives the whole of the project management team, as well as, the contractors and consultants.
• Ultimately responsible for the administration of all contracts.
• Identifying and actively working to resolve corporate level and strategic issues.
• Ensuring issues related to projects are identified and appropriately addressed.
• Monitoring issues to identify problems which could impact the project.
• Ensuring proper and adequate communication amongst the project management team and all other project parties.
• Directing actions and providing guidance to the project team.
• Providing project leadership and define and actively seek achieving strategic objects.
