1) Quality Planning for the Products -Prepare & Release QAP,ITP, Inspection Procedures,Product & Material specifications
2) Responsibilities of Management Representative -Coordinate for QMS Implementation as per ISO 9001, Employee Training,Process qualification, Supplier Evaluation,Internal Audits & Management Review.
3) Liaison for Customer Audits & Approval, ISO 9001 Audits, Third Party Inspection,Customer Release inspection for Product.
4) Analysis of NCR & Customer Complaints.
5) Planning & Execution of Internal Quality Audits & Management reviews.
6) Impart training and education to the QC Personnel to upgrade skills & improve inspection process.
7) Prepare Quality plan, Budget for QC Department.
8) Participate in the Management Reviews, Production Meetings, and Operation meetings.
9) Coordinate with Engineering department, Production department for QC related issues of the ongoing projects.
