Key aspects of the role include:
- Responsible for the Quality Control department - Incoming raw materials, Microbiology, Stability, Finished Goods
- Preparing the Budget for Quality control department
- Ensure alignment of QC schedule with other departments
- Review and approval of the stability reports and valication protocols
- Managing All QC resources effectively and efficiently; Coaching and developing QC colleagues to achieving high performance
