Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Regional Bid Manager to join our ESS services business in Dubai- UAE. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director of UAE, you will be joining a team during a period of continual business growth. We are the biggest provider of ESS services in Middle East and employ over 44,500 staff in the region.
The successful applicant would be primarily responsible for G4S’s Electronic Security Systems (ESS) tender submissions process through the preparation, administration, production and control of standard proposal quotes. The primary objective of this role is to Increase sales conversion rates via enhanced quality of response and positive management of the bid process across Middle East.
Role Responsibilities
Develop close working relationships with the Senior Management, key stakeholders (internal and external) and decision makers to streamline and improvise the Bid management process within Middle East.
Manage and guide the virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, and finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer including the risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary).
Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids by understanding and resolving complex technical, strategic and business issues.
