Effectively communicate research outcomes and possibilities to stakeholders and develop appropriate claims for products.
Provide all supports on regulatory issues and strategies for various departments, projects and teams.
Provide scientific input to scientific dossiers for regulatory submissions, with supporting materials that addresses potential queries, risk factors, pharmacovigilance, and other issues.
Provide insight, anticipate internal and external risk factors on registration processes and develop plans to address potential risks.
Work with government regulatory officials and policy makers to provide them with scientific materials or information on up-to-date international standards and regulatory trends.
Build and maintain relationship with the customs authorities across Saudi Arabia.
Work with customs to ensure compliance of the documentation, clearance and export / import processes.
Develop labels and claims options to mitigate risk while ensuring acceptance and compliance to regulatory requirements.
Development and implementation of the best practices and regulatory strategy processes.
Develop a database of current and historical dairy regulations, categories and this database must be segmented by country across the Middle East, Gulf, SA, and other interested regions.
Work experience with SFDA, GCC regulatory affairs.
