•Maximize sales in all stores and kiosks through coaching and performance management of Store Teams in customer service, presentation, promotional activities, and control of costs, stock levels and stock loss
•Review sales improvement practice, plans and initiatives, and identifies and exploits any additional •Manage staff budgets and stores controllable costs,
•Identify and exploits opportunities to reduce s
tore/kiosk expenditure, for assigned area
•Ensure all stores implement and execute all promotional activities and directives on time
•Liaises with Marketing Manager and Visual Manager on events calendars
•Ensure store vacancies are filled with competent and high potential individuals, and actively seeks to fill management/supervisor vacancies through promotion, where possible
•Identifies areas of improvement and develops and implements training schedules to address them
•Ensure stores action all required administration procedures according to Company guidelines and within deadlines
•Ensures effective communication of issues between stores, line management, HR, Finance and support departments
•Store Visit Report(ROVR and Coaching Checklists)
