1- Assess safety and risk management performance and identify systemic approaches to improving performance
2- Assist in the development of policies, procedures or other solutions to address deficiencies
3- Implement solutions
4- Identify ways to measure safety policy effectiveness
5- Work proactively with the Safety Director to improve safety performance
6- Provide technical assistance regarding safety matters to employees
7- Assist project teams in reviewing the project from a safety perspective and conducting a job hazards analysis
8- Ensure the required safety documentation is being completed at job sites
9- Develop job hazard analysis
