Aim of the Position: The aim of the position is Supervises that the company' economic and financial operations are recorded pursuant to accounting principles, controlling the accurate allocation of inventories on stock balances. Ensures the compliance of payment deadlines regarding taxes and withholdings.
The challenge of this position will be managing local issues, such as open bank accounts, local audits, payments or/and taxes, in different and difficult countries.
Main Accountabilities:
-Bookeeping, maintainance and supervising of all accounting records and book in SAP according to local and IFRS gap.
-Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports. Includes Balance sheet, P&L, fixed expenses report.
-Cost control, analysis of deviations -Budget preparation.
-Local statutory books according to local laws.
-Account payables.
-Preparation of cash flows and fundings.
-Ensures the compliance of payment deadlines regarding taxes and withholdings.
-Follow up of licenses, power of attorney and other legal documents.
-Work directly with external and internal auditors.
-Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations.
