The job holder will be responsible for enhancing the visual appeal/ impact of the in-store merchandise and to provide visual merchandising support to all territory retail stores of Home Centre and ensure that it gets replicated effectively.
• Convey right merchandising patterns to the sales team
• Display merchandise for better visual appeal and explaining the utility
• Merchandise stores on change of seasons
• Merchandise new stores
• Conduct market surveys to understand the latest trends
• Merchandise and take corrective measures wherever required - physical changes and educating the supervisor/ staff on the retail floor
• Coordinate with buyers to understand the themes of merchandise, as the way they are bought
• Assist Store Managers on brand positioning within store
• To ensure proper position of POS materials in-store and windows
