BASIC FUNCTION/ JOB PURPOSE
Lead the Maintenance Team to ensure results match company expectations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ MAIN DUTIES
• Ensure company safety standards are adhered to.
• Ensure correct manning level and competent technician skill level.
• Ensure unscheduled machine downtime is in accordance to target.
• Ensure planned maintenance is effective and adhered to.
• Ensure spare part inventory is at acceptable level.
• Ensure plant maintenance costs are within budget.
• Ensure machine part life expectancy is achieved.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager
