Understanding and mastery of the product development process from concept to launch, through drivers of liking, identifying product drift and sensory analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and external customers on new initiatives to ensure objectives are being addressed clearly, efficiently and on-time.
• Leads the process of new product development and products improvement.
• Design and develop products recipes and ensure formulation is complying with SASO standards with efficient and creative utilization of suppliers.
• Validate and commission products implementation, commercialization or new lines start-up.
• Qualification of new ingredients and new suppliers.
• Collaborate with value buying and production in cost optimization process.
• Documentation of raw material and finished products specifications.
• Collaboration with others (marketing, QA) on allergen, labeling, specifications and claim subjects.
• Integration with operation, packaging, QA, etc. to scale up and commercialize products.
• Design trial protocol, coordinate trials with operation to ensure all test data are gathered and assembles trial reports and make recommendations
