Purpose:Manages the efficient & profitable Wholesales Operations of the Spare Parts Branches covering the whole KSA regions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Forecasts the Sales Targets & Objectives for the Total Wholesale Branches & execute marketing plans or actions to achieve goals, in coordination with the Director-Parts Operations & Branches Parts Managers.
• Prepare and administer an Annual Operating Budget for the Total Wholesale Branches & submit the same to the Director-Parts Operations.
• Formulate guidelines to monitor the Sales Performance of each Wholesale Branch & ensure that proper reports are prepared on time.
• Ensure that each of the Wholesale Branches keeps an optimum level of parts inventory to support its customer’s requirements in coordination with the National Inventory Control Manager.
• Regularly conducts a review on the Stock Movements of each Wholesale Branch to avoid Excess / Dead Stocks.
• Works with Wholesale Parts Managers to find ways & methods to improve the Overall Profitability.
• Ensure that all Sales Staff are well equipped with the latest update on Products Knowledge to deal with customers.
• Formulate guidelines to ensure that Wholesale Branches clearly understands the process on Warranty Claims, Warranty Policy Adjustments, & applies the Manufacturer Warranty & Policy Guidelines, & ensures that the Warranty Information process are clearly explained to their customers.
• Formulate Pricing Plans that is applicable to the market & beneficial to the company, & submit recommendations to the Director-Parts Operations.
• Holds regular meetings with the Parts Managers/Supervisors of the Wholesale Branches to maintain close communications.
• Conducts a regular visit to all Wholesale Branches, Hub-Towns & Customers.
• Conducts Market Studies on a regular basis, monitor domestic as well as international exporters competition & report to management.
• Look into finding New Product Lines & Projects like New Locations, Branches, in addition to the Wholesale Mobiles & Network.
• Performs other related functions as required by the Director-Parts Operations.
