• Manage & Develop the relations with Clients
• Align clients on Tarweej processes
• Attend to client Requirements and Deploy in the field
• Deploy Field Operations processes to perfection
• Manage, develop and motivate field team associates
• Attend weekly meetings reviews with Client Services Manager and regional client team (if and when required)
• Coordinate with Client Services Regional Manager to ensure proper deployment of client requirements
• Develop and deploy a field visit schedule to closely monitor team performance on the ground
• Build a very close relationship with key retailer in the region
