· Ensuring completeness and correctness of operational loss data entered in ORM system along with necessary documentary evidence and associating relevant loss events to the corresponding risks/controls and assigning correct parameters including Event Type, Basel Event Type Risks 1,2, 3 & Basel Business Lines.
· Ensure coordination with Business / Function units and track Operational Loss Events with potential or open recovery status and continue follow-up until closure. Escalate issues which require prompt action and follow-up for resolution.
· Conducting analysis of Operational Loss cases and related failed processes / procedures to identify root-cause of the loss. Communicate the root-cause analysis to EIM, P&P & CRSA Teams for process refinements.
· Generating all SAMA Reports, Board Committee Reports and Management Reports to be generated from SAS-EGRC system on a timely basis and ensuring accuracy of the reports.
