• To monitor, implement and manage ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 procedures, documentation.
• To plan, manage, execute and supervise internal audits of QMS and FSMS with the help of internal auditors.
• To prepare summary of internal audits and report to top management in Management review meetings.
• To initiate and coordinate with all functional department managers for continual improvements.
• To provide training to company staff members for awareness of QMS and FSMS.
• To coordinate with external certification bodies for external audit planning and its execution.
• To communicate with all functional managers of the company in order to update them about internal and external audit requirements.
C• losely monitor all internal and external audits of QMS and FSMS.
• Present monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly update to management for ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 proceedings.
• To arrange training sessions for development of internal auditors within the company to carry on internal and external audit activities.
• To maintain and update controlled procedures and documentation requirements for QMS and FSMS.
• Closely monitor all NCRs and Customer complaint data and suggest strong measures for improvement.
• Report any deviation from standard requirement to functional departments through NCR and follow up its corrective and preventive action.
• Analyze and find root cause and CAPA for customer complaints and prepare reports and maintain its record in CCF.
• Target zero non conformances during external audits of QMS and FSMS.
• Give input for developing new and improvement of existing testing procedures / SOPs / tests /standards.
• Conduct Mock recall/product recall audits periodically and update management about its outcome.
• Maintain stocks of general items to be used by QA Officer e.g. stickers etc.
• Responsible for overall Calibration of equipments in the company.
• Responsible to handle all other ongoing or future certifications require for the company.
