Financial Analyst/Accountant

We are searching for a suitable candidate to hold the position of Financial Analyst that will be accountable to the Managing Director/Partner and ensure that the Financial Feasibility & Planning Function is effectively achieving designated goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

- Review and analyze new, proposed, or revised laws, regulations, policies, and procedures in order to interpret their meaning and determine their impact.

- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

- Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.

- Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports, using computer-based software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel…etc).

- Develop 5 to 10 years projected financial statements based on the actual financial history and the assumptions underlying for future budget forecasts.

- Prepare forms and manuals for accounting, human resource and bookkeeping.

- Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.

- Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses and individuals.

- Investigate accounting and other complex financial transactions and prepare reports summarizing the findings for diagnostic financial reports.

- Responsible to submit reports for financial affairs management on all the tasks delegated.

- Generate financial and discounted cash flow projections.

- Craft financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss, cash flows, and shareholders equity statements.

- Assist in Writing-up Business Plans.

- Perform book keeping functions.

- Perform investment & financial evaluations, risk assessment, and due diligence on selective investment opportunities with the assistance of industry experts.
