Your responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
* Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s remuneration strategy so that the company’s associates’ reward, compensation and benefits programs are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
* Specific ownership of the benefits offering and incentive policies for the ALJ Automotive division
* Ownership and functional expert for Incentives which include Commission plans (built and agreed with the Sales & Service business), Bonus (aligned to the Performance management methodology) and other incentives (adhoc or continuous)
* Ownership and functional expert for Benefits which include direct and indirect relationships with 3rd party providers (such as medical insurance providers) through to the development of inhouse benefits and discounts (such as Car Purchase, Accessories and other ALJ business discounts)
* Working with the business areas and the relevant HRBP’s to build segment relevant incentives and benefits
* Regular benchmarking of ALJ’s benefits, allowances and variable pay to ensure it is competitive and supporting the ALJ principles and values.
* Assist in the implementation of the compensation processes of the respective businesses in the organization to align with the compensation
* Development of a benefits, and incentives framework to support the business aims nationally and regionally.
