1. Monitor and supervise P&C claims handling process in accordance with the claims manual and procedures in order to achieve CMS objectives.
2. Monitor and control communication with Reinsurers, Brokers, U/W channels, Reinsurance Dept., Finance etc. to ensure timely collection of complete documentation for effective assessment and processing of outstanding and settled claims.
3. constant review of outstanding claims in order to monitor smooth and timely processing and resere adequacy.
4. Monitor large loss notifications and their fall out
5. Control over cost and services provided by Loss Adjusters, Surveyors, Lawyers and experts.
6. Carryout regular control risk self assessment test monitor the results adn ensure compliance with risk control measures.
