Officer - Recruitment - BUPA Arabia

ROLE PURPOSE:

To attract and recruit the best available talent by supporting the identification of needs, sourcing candidates, administering the recruitment process and supporting selection of candidates utilizing BUPA Arabia’s recruitment policies, practices and procedures and in line with Saudi Labor Law to achieve recruitment and selection objectives.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:



1. Planning

• Verify each stated vacancy against the actual head count for the relevant department.

• Utilize the manpower plan and direction from the Recruitment Manager to plan recruitment tasks covering sourcing, interviewing, testing and final selection to ensure company recruitment needs are met.

• Produce a recruitment update in line with business requirements to ensure manpower planning needs are met.



2. Sourcing

• Utilize sources such as: Job-Portals, Campus Affairs, social media and other sourcing channels to identify high quality potential recruits in line with company specifications.

• Receive all the job applicants, sort and classify based on profession and create the pipeline for future requirements.



3. Interviewing / assessment

• Short list candidates for interviews with the relevant BU ensuring candidates meet Business Unit role specifications.

• Communicate, arrange and administer test/assessments with short listed candidates following the interview stage.

• Carry out reference checks in order to validate the information provided by the candidate.



4. Recruit

• Prepare offers and ensure the terms of the offer are based on the specific Grade & Company Policies & Procedures.

• Track all offers (approved/rejected) to ensure clear, accurate communication.



5. Relationship

• Establish and maintain relationships with business Units to stay aware of current and future recruitment need.

• Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources such as: colleges, employment agencies, search firms, and other organizations in order to provide them with information on BUPA’s recruitment needs and to help brand BUPA Arabia as an employer of choice for high quality candidates.



6. Reports

• Provide the Recruitment Manager with a weekly recruitment progress update including: current vacancies vs available candidates, candidate progress through the recruitment process, numbers of candidates recruited and any issues or problems identified.



7. Saudization

• Support the Recruitment Manager in maintaining and increasing the Saudization percentage by utilizing all available channels to identify and recruit high potential Saudis.
