Senior Social Media Manager - FULL STOP

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to build digital presence and reach strategic objectives

• Translate a thorough understanding of each client’s brand, target markets, online and social media marketing goals into recommendations that will help the client realize measurable business results

• Create and define strategy, user experience, analytics, and business performance deliverables associated with custom client projects

• Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success

• Define and articulate how the client can, should, or could fit in with a variety of digital experiences and environments, including existing technologies on prospect and client sites and mobile applications

• Lead the development of social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement for social media

• Align strategic social media goals with activity based social marketing

• Brand monitoring

• Look out for opportunities & threats across the wider web

• Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions, threats, changes in social sites

• Lead creative development of social media campaigns, contests, social media event promotion
