With significant capital to deploy on projects and a vast array of potential options on which to deploy that capital there is an unfortunate CEO at the head of a Saudi real estate developer with a lot on his plate.
He desperately needs an individual to sit between himself, the finance and the project teams to provide meaningful analysis, work with the banks, the lawyers and other advisors to ensure that the business deploys it’s resoruces in the most profitable manner possible.
We are looking for an individual who will assess the viability of large new mixed use, commercial and residential projects, provide deep DCF valuation models to support decision making, oversee both financial and commercial due diligence on assignments, ensure the best usage of exisiting projects and work with external advisors and internal team members on a range of assignments.
They will work very closely with the CEO who will use the support of this individual to allow himself to drive the business from an external marketing perspective as well as ensuring best practice and operational excellence within the group.
