Business Development Manager - Al Ayuni Trading And Contracting Co.

• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners

• Discovering and exploring opportunities

• Effective sales planning & forecasting

• Adhere to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct in representing self and the company

• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships

• Develops approaches, negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals

• Co-ordinate with business partners to create demand, develop/execute strategy and successfully convert specifications and close orders. Participate in joint sales calls and training; attend local, regional and/or national trade shows and association meetings

• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

• Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
