We are currently looking for a Regional Operations Director, to join our Cash Services Business in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer in the Saudi Arabia, you will be joining a team during a period of continual business growth. We employee over 16,000 in Saudi Arabia and turn over 1bn+ SR per year.
The successful applicant would be primarily responsible to work closely with country’s senior management team to develop and execute strategic business enhancement techniques related CIT, ATMs, CM projects through improvised service delivery, competent client retention plans, customized marketing programs and streamlining the P&L of the business Unit.
Role Responsibilities:
• Supervising the operations of the CITs, ATMs and the CM projects in each region by means of directing and providing technical advice as well as allocating required professional resources according to the signed contracts
• Analyse, define and implement strategic business growth mechanisms to improvise the quality of service delivery to clients, retention of clients, acquisition of new business and reinventing the business plan and budget to maximize the profitability.
• Supervising the process of developing internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities related to ATMs, CIT and CM in regions as well as analyzing, studying and organizing the progress of work and to ensure adherence to companywide policies
• Recruit, develop and mentor highly motivated senior and middle level team members with a focus on overall improvisation of Business Unit to maximize the desired performance.
• Defining and executing plans for developing and increasing productivity for the department and supervising setting these plans for each of the organizational entities under supervision
• Maintain close contact with the workforce through key managers to ensure feedback opportunities, the maintenance of good morale and a high standard of staff integrity and honesty.
