A well organized, self-driven marketing executive needed for a Jeddah Office based branding and advertising agency with a portfolio of local and international accounts. The candidate will act as a link between the client and the Agency, reporting to the account manager / director and carry the responsibility for the project management of the clients' campaigns. He will deal with the day-to-day execution of branding and advertising projects, ensuring that the work is delivered on time and within budget. Acting as the link between the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively. Taking comprehensive briefs from the client, ensuring the information is sufficient and clear for the creative team. Gathering the proposals and set up meetings to present the ideas and cost estimates to the client. Briefing the creative team, clearly formulating marketing strategies, assignment details and technical requirements. Overseeing the progress of campaigns / projects on hand and ensure that deadlines are met internally and externally. Presenting campaign / project plans to the client for approval or modification and follow up delivery of final product. Managing clients' expectations and ensure timing and accuracy of client’s feedback. Handling budgets and manages campaign costs. Writing contact reports and status updates. Ensuring that tasks are handled so that the profitability of accounts is achieved. The right candidate will be provided with training, clear tasks, deliverable, opportunities to work independently learn and develop in the career.
