Trainer - Maximus Gulf

Job Responsibilities



1. Delivering Job Search and Personal Development related training to a large and diverse Job Seeker caseload.

2. Work with Business Development Officers to identify and adapt training material specific to employer needs

3. Work closely with the Business Manager to identify external training and intervention options.

4. Actively promote and advertise training calendar with your team, ensuring all courses are full with appropriate numbers and correct Job Seeker groups

5. Develop training materials in accordance with local Job Seeker requirements

6. Analyses Job Seeker needs; identifying with Employment Consultants and Business Development Officers the appropriate courses and interventions

7. Ensure continuity of support for our Job Seekers by maintaining comprehensive and up to date notes on WQ

8. Maintain and produce up to date training reports and statistics.

9. Maintain and produce quarterly statistics, evidencing job outcomes/sustainment’s against Job Seekers who have been through training

10. Produce office training reports, outlining office training activities, progress and initiatives

11. Ensure that all local training materials have been checked, approved and version controlled by the Quality and Training Manager, and uploaded to a secure shared drive.

12. Produce, manage and maintain monthly training and intervention calendars.

13. Ensuring all staff are fully aware of monthly training activities, and all workshops are fully booked

14. support the achievement of team targets with regards to Job Seekers assisted or directly supported into sustainable employment and to support the business unit delivering to targets

15. Share material and feedback with other Job Seeker Trainers to continually improve our services

16. Share Job Seeker progress with Employment Consultants

17. Liaise with Employment Consultants, communicating Job Seeker who have failed to attend or engage with activities.

18. Gather feedback from Job Seekers for the training delivered to assist with evaluating courses and work to improve these

19. Provide support for colleagues absence or high customer volumes in your own or other offices

20. Support new staff through mentoring or generally being on hand to answer questions and provide assistance
