- Management /Supervision Skills
- Scheduling of production and upcoming projects.
- contol/optimize manpower and quipment in order to meet company profit margin
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; Coordinationg activities; resolving problems
- coordinate with raw material coordinator for ensuring raw material placement & timely arrival to meet production schedule
- Schedule updating, monitoring & analysis
- Report variance in actual production from planned production
- Report the progress of each project
- Communicate with all parties to ensure procution on time including client, TPFA, yard, tally & Quality
- Ensure that requirements for environmental Health and Safety are complied with.
