Description
The CFO is responsible for day-to-day operations of planning, implementing, and managing all financial-related activities of the business; as well as its financial well-being. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, strategic planning, budget management, forecasting needs and the securing of funds.
Profile
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
Experience:
- Experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in semi-government, multinational corporates
- Experience in developing and monitoring plans including strategic planning, financial planning and forecasting
Skills:
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent financial planning and strategy skills- Ability to promote process improvement- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, executive management and related government agents- Demonstrates efficiency of execution, flexibility and adaptability
