This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational organisation and be part of the Engineering team responsible for providing support to our end users. As part of this role you will primarily be field based and get involved in on-site installations, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Provide field technical support to customers including installation and removal of wet seals
• Preparing failure analysis reports
• Troubleshooting of failed mechanical seals and systems
• Prepare technical upgrades and retrofits proposals working with the engineering team in Dammam and the Turbo team in Dubai
• Provide application engineering support to the engineering team in Dammam
