Job Description:
- To ensure all laboratory tests done according to the approved methods for all Raw Materials and Finished Products.
- Ensure timely release of all Raw Materials; Release/Reject raw materials.
- Trains Quality Control Analysts on conducting analytical methods such as HPLC, spectral analysis, disintegration, dissolution, etc. and proper documentation.
- Prepare and Review quality control documents i.e GTPs, SOPs, STPs, and records of analysis.
- Review batch records of raw material and finished good, stability protocols for validation and commercial batches, cleaning validation protocols and process validation/evaluation protocols.
- Supervises the investigation of results and minimizes laboratory errors.
- Support the product registration/dossier compilation activities.
