Key Responsibilities:
• Carryout Time & Motion Studies to establish the production norms for all the manufacturing processes and to assess Capacity, Utilization & Efficiency of the machines.
• Analyze the identified problem areas, Plan and Execute the necessary Engineering Studies to eliminate the identified problems
• Carryout the Planned methods improvement studies.
• Conduct Economic Feasibility studies of the plant
• Evaluate and Analyze the Plant layout, Material flow, and Material Handling
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Should have a very high analytical ability.
• Establish Operations Methods and work flows.
• Map operational process with aim for re-engineering to improve productivity.
• Develop operations key performance indicators.
