My client is a multi-national company who specializes in IP Telephony services. They are looking to hire a Channel Account Manager for their business in Saudi Arabia. Due to Saudization law they will only consider Saudi Arabian nationals.
Position: Channel Account Manager
Main duties
• Plan and execute through channel partners the distribution strategy set at country level.
• The identification, analysis and appointment of suitable channel partners.
• Agree and achieve business plans, marketing plans and targets with channel partners.
• Undertake regular business reviews with channel partners.
• Influence and encourage the channel partner sales forces to execute effectively growth programs and forecasted sales.
• Work with channel partners on programs (seminars, training, mailshots, newsletters etc.) which drive the sale of products through tier two resellers.
• Analysis of channel inventory, planning and forecasting sales in to meet company objectives.
• Review on a quarterly basis the pipeline of key deals that support the forecast.
• Provide sales and technical training for channel partners.
• Complete company training requirements.
• Achievement of quota
Competency profile
• Solid sales experience in a hi-tech environment.
• Solid indirect sales with proven experience in channel management with one tier and two tier distribution.
• Proven end user sales campaign management abilities. Experience of using and implementing structured sales techniques spanning the entire sales cycle . identification and qualification of opportunities, business development, order fulfillment and ongoing account management.
• Results oriented with a proven ability to deliver against stretch targets.
• Articulate verbally and in writing in Arabic and English.
