This is a great opportunity to be part of the Saudi booming real estate market. A prestigious joint Venture Firm, is looking for a Development Director to join their expanding Real Estate team in Saudi.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and outsource Engineering Consultants to provide needed technical support.
• Control project time and budget throughout construction including cash flow coordination.
• Sign-off completed stages of the projects against the Project Plan and hence authorize cash disbursement against completed stages.
• Closely monitor the performance of projects against Development Management Plan and take necessary steps to ensure timely execution.
• Provide developers with the required support to put together a Development Management Plan that will cover the Development Strategy, Construction Delivery and the Value Preservation Strategy.
