Key Account Manager

Purpose of the Job:



The successful applicant is responsible for focusing on sales achievement across different retail key accounts that he is allocated responsibility for, through improved channel management and consequently improve sell out.



Key Objectives:



By working closely with distributors, this role is expected to strengthen the relation with key retailers across the region, enhance the local activities, improve the in-country presence & awareness of Samsung TVs. Increasing the in store share of Samsung TVs across all the stores of the retailers will be the KPI of this role.



Position Responsibilities:



Maintaining Distributor/retailer relationship & communication chain.



Achieve country wise sales targets (both sell through and sell out) for key retailer.



Optimize available resources to further expand the TV business.



End to end Account Management of retailer across the region.



Initiate, plan & execute retail programs across the marketing calendar to achieve the desired sales.



Setting up yearly Sales/Marketing promotions and budget with retailers, closely monitoring the progress & set up remedial action / campaigns if necessary.
