Operation manager – مدير عمليات - Maximus Gulf

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversees all aspects of Taqat Program operations providing a variety of customer service functions to beneficiaries.

2. Monitors overall compliance with project standards, policies, and procedures, assisting with tasks and coordinating resources as needed.

3. Assumes responsibilities of the Managing Director, as appropriate, in his absence.

4. Supervises Business Analyst/Writer, Business Managers, and their subordinates. Maintains a cohesive work unit, providing direction as needed.

5. Builds effective working relationships with sites and head office; develops trust, credibility, and strong relationships; and seeks opportunities to add value above and beyond competitors.

6. Ensures that the project meets all corporate contract performance requirements and standards. Supports the Managing Director in meeting budgets and forecasts, performance targets, quality assurance plans, bonus plans, technical assistance reviews, employee and client satisfaction surveys, and contract audit requirements

7. Participates in and coordinates activities related to recruiting, hiring, training, quality control, and maintenance and modification of reference materials.

8. Prepares and presents quarterly and yearly performance evaluations of subordinates on a timely basis.

9. Achieves and/or exceeds established metrics.

10. Maintains current information regarding all project and program policies, procedures, and benefits, becoming a subject matter expert in some areas. Acts as the primary resource of this information for staff.

11. Promotes MAXIMUS in a professional and positive manner in all activities.

12. Develops, implements, and manages policy and procedures in accordance with MAXIMUS established policies and procedures and the as directed by the Managing Director.

13. Resolves project issues in coordination with project staff, HRDF staff, and other stakeholders.

14. Participates in weekly management meetings, communicating with members of project management and disseminating information to subordinates in an appropriate manner.

15. Communicates issues, problems, and concerns effectively to the Managing Director and other parties as appropriate.

16. Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly management reports to the Managing Director for review on a timely basis.

17. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
