Online Marketing assistant Manager - Samsung Electronics

Responsible for developing, executing and delivering Samsung’s digital / online marketing strategy, new media, web, e-commerce to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels



Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.



participate and support all online marketing campaigns



Responsible for identifying and prioritizing digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating Marketing targets / briefs.



To review the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed and to ensure delivery of ROI.



Manage the use of digital media to support the company’s product strategy





To play an active role to achieve high customer satisfaction.

To monitor daily repairs and maintain turnaround time for self thus ensuring commitment to customers

To adhere strictly to quality norms during repairs



Should achieve KPI’s as per the set standards by the supervisor

Responsible for Regular/Daily completion of activity reports and logs

Ensure good working order of service centre equipment and cleanliness of them

Follow up the service level and to keep it on target

Daily/ weekly and monthly repair reports
