• Develop short term retail strategy in line with corporate strategy.
• Develop a detailed forecast and action plan.
• Recruit train and retain store managers and salesmen.
• Rationalize existing retail network and turn around retail operations.
• Rationalize excess and non-moving stock of diamond jewelry. • Develop mid term retail strategy and brand / product positioning.
• Contribute to the elaboration of a new store concept.
• Secure new locations and roll out new store concept to build a regional anchor store network
• Follow up and improve retail performance.
