- Releasing Export sales orders after verifying selling price & credit terms
- Follow-up for export collection (transfers/cash/CAD/LC)
- Recording export bank transfers & Debit/Credit notes in SAP
- Issuing monthly statement of accounts for all export distributors
- Sending balance confirmation every quarter and make reconciliations, if any
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations on monthly basis for credit control
area
- Preparing monthly export collection targets
- Cover other credit control areas during leave/absence of branch sales
accountant
- Assist the Credit Control Manager in preparing the required reports
- Any other job assigned by the Credit Control Manager pertaining to credit
control function
