- Support HR Management in the design, development and implementation of the organization structure to meet current and future business needs.
- Ensure compliance of procedures with local labor laws.
- Responsible for carrying out Training Analysis and Training plans for the company.
- Identify training needs for the company in coordination with the Department Managers and HR Manager.
- Manage and monitor employees’ performance and discuss relevant issues with Department Managers.
- Update Company HR Policies and Procedures whenever required and follow-up with legal matters related to Human Resources.
- Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so.
- Provide organizational & managerial support, advice and consultancies to the Group entities for improving the business process & quality of performance and upgrade the Group productivity.
- Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required.
