Support the implementation plans for the physical network of the new retail division including detailing and implementing the following (working with other stakeholders as appropriate):
Acquisition & fit-out of premises
Creation of sales fulfillment and service delivery standards
Contribute to the development of the following:
Administrative procedures
Operations policies & procedures
Properties and facilities management
Credit and other Risk policies and processes
Support the HR to develop and implement:
Recruitment process
Training plans
Role definitions
Leadership
Support the implementation a robust feedback, mentoring and coaching model
Ensure achievement of agreed sales and service quality KPIs
Business Planning
Support management in day-to-day control of budget management and performance issues of Direct Sales Forces
Regular reporting to management on established performance measures
Innovation
Contribute actively to a culture of innovation leading to a market leadership position in the ‘technophile‘ segment.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure retail banking is compliant with all regulatory and operational risk control requirements, including those related to HR and privacy
