Our client is a leading global company who supply elevators and electrical services and equipment to leading companies around the world. With strong expansion plans for the Middle East they are an excellent multinational company to be part of.
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to be based in either Mecca (Arabic nationals) or in Al Khobar (Saudi nationals only), Saudi Arabia.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Reporting to: Regional Director
Direct and organize the human, economic and material resources of the Branch, meet Branch objectives in order to deliver growth, profitability and customer/employee satisfaction targets
The Branch Manager creates operational added value through sales, installation and services and implement leadership in aspects of corporate culture, creation of value, customer orientation, employee development and operational efficiency of a the branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Control the implementation of sales and commercial policy in the Branch, according to the established procedures
• Promote, motivate, coordinate and direct the activities of the Branch, to deliver the Company objectives of client satisfaction
• Coordinate the development and execution of all works, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of invoicing, activity, yield and quality of the works
• Coordinate labor relations in agreement with the effective labor norm, maintaining the necessary meetings with workers and/or representatives
• Apply the company's financial policies to all Branch activities according to the established procedures and guidelines
• Control Branch expenses optimizing the management of Branch purchases and stocks in accordance with the Company policies
• Control the application of the safety and health guidelines
• Control and Organize the New Installation supervisors
• Coordinate the Modernization efforts to ensure that the primary commercial responsibility rests with the Service Leader and that the efforts of the salesman are targeted at growing the business while securing the Portfolio and developing the technical expertise of the Service Leaders
• Ensure bottom-up communication in marketing and operational matters
• Actively develop staff (quality, efficiency, customer orientation etc.)
• Analyze root causes for deviations and set up corrective actions
• Control the application of quality and product safety guidelines
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
• As a guide between 15 - 20k SAR per month / $48 - 65k USD per annum base salary
