Contact Center Coordinator - Zain Group

Role Purpose:



Support the regional team in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction & enriching the customer experience & report findings. Assure Best Customer Experience journey in Zain Customer Care



Key Accountabilities:



Conduct field research covering the customer experience throughout all customer lifecycle phases.



Conduct Customer Care Center assessments



Conduc surveys with Zain customers to assess their satisfaction level no different factors and attributes that directly impact the customer



Enhance Customers Journey in Customer Care



Provide constant commercial data of the customer experience in the region



Meet with focus group of customers whom interacted with Zain and assess their satisfaction level



Visit remtoe areas villiges & small towns in the region and get feedback on Zain & competetitors there



Good knowledge of Saudi telecom market, good understanding of customers and business needs.
